Aramco VPN issue troubleshooting

Aramco VPN Troubleshooting 



  1. For this Aramco VPN, the below issue will be come:
  1. Windows patch error like below screenshot panel
  2. Antivirus error in same vpn panel
  3. Windows firewall error in same vpn panel



  1. Please ensure the below system meet requirements in the system.
  1. Windows update is You are up to date with green tick.



  1. Antivirus is up to date. 

(Check the all the tools installed and Dat version updated)

  1. Windows firewall enabled.

(Please turn on the firewall from firewall. Option) go to run and        type (firewall. Cpl) to enable.

               




  1. If may get 1329 error. Do this below,

     

  1. Please note 1329 error is related vpn credentials error.
  2. So, to be contact Aramco IT Team check the issue further.

           

  1. If may get remote desktop connection error issue, Do this below,
  1. Do follow the 2nd step again and troubleshoot the issue.
