Aramco VPN Troubleshooting
- For this Aramco VPN, the below issue will be come:
- Windows patch error like below screenshot panel
- Antivirus error in same vpn panel
- Windows firewall error in same vpn panel
- Please ensure the below system meet requirements in the system.
- Windows update is You are up to date with green tick.
- Antivirus is up to date.
(Check the all the tools installed and Dat version updated)

- Windows firewall enabled.
(Please turn on the firewall from firewall. Option) go to run and type (firewall. Cpl) to enable.
- If may get 1329 error. Do this below,
- Please note 1329 error is related vpn credentials error.
- So, to be contact Aramco IT Team check the issue further.
- If may get remote desktop connection error issue, Do this below,
- Do follow the 2nd step again and troubleshoot the issue.
